Internationale samenwerking onderwijs

Internationale samenwerking onderwijs is een onderzoeksproject van het lectoraat Climate smart dairy value chains.

Wat is er aan de hand?

In veel Afrikaanse en Aziatische landen is het onderwijssysteem niet te vergelijken met wat wij in Nederland normaal vinden. Vooral onze kwaliteit, flexibiliteit, persoonlijke ontwikkeling van studenten en verbinding met bedrijfsleven zijn elders vaak onder de maat. Internationale samenwerking in onderwijs heeft als doel om de capaciteit en slagkracht van onderwijsinstellingen te verbeteren. De programma’s richten zich op 1) training van individuele en groepen docenten (soms komen die voor studie naar Nederland), 2) curriculum ontwikkeling met daarin veel aandacht voor praktijkonderwijs en interactie met bedrijfsleven, 3) ondersteuning en training management van de instellingen, en 4) promoten van gendergelijkheid.

Wat doet het project daaraan?

Dit is een cluster van kleinere en grotere projecten (€ 75.000 tot 1.500.00) die via het lectoraat werden/worden uitgevoerd.

Wat levert het project op?

Alumni zijn ronduit enthousiast wanneer ze hun HVHL cursus of diploma gehaald hebben. De spin-off van de honderden alumni wereldwijd is groot. Naast hun individuele groei is er effect op hun organisaties of bedrijven waar ze werken, met meer enthousiasme, netwerken, daadkracht en kennis. Vooral de bijdrage aan zelfvertrouwen zien we in de praktijk terug. De alumni worden ook breed ingezet als consultants of experts in de uitvoering van Nederlandse samenwerking via een veelheid van projecten.
